We brought a hand drill for the boys woodworking table but it's just too tricky to use and takes a really long time to make a whole hole. So we've been testing to see if they can use a real drill. Tama is strong enough but doesn't have the presence of mind sometimes to ensure his fingers are out of the way. But with a bit of time and supervision I think we can get him to the point where he's safety concious enough. That'll be a happy day for him.
