Les got a bunch of books for his birthday related to wars, soldiers and aircraft.
I read the Monk who sold his Ferrari I am back on crime novels and also trying to read a bit of non-fiction, but it's just not grabbing me.
Kieran is still on Game of Thrones. He's been watching Hamish and Andy and the Dome.
Merenia has been reading some Lemony Snicket among others and is watching a lot of stuff on the internet.
Will has been watching Operation Ouch and Deadly60. He's been reading Star Wars and some marvel comic character books.
Tama is happy to be read anything at all... he loves books. He's also watching Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom, Play school, Octonauts and Peppa Pig- if it happens to be on.
We've been watching Offspring and the Good Wife. We also watched a little of the Commonwealth games. We enjoyed watching the Lego Movie again. K and I watched Kill Bill 1&2. Les and Kieran watched Fight Club.
Well that was fun...
Merenia had the second night of musical performance at school. Comic Con at Will's school- Will went as Batman. We went to see Robert in Clowns Vs. Ninja's. Will went to play at Roberts house. Merenia went to the Fault in our Stars with Jayme and Cailee at Morley. Kieran went to see Transformers 4 with friends. Les took the boys to the Air force Museum and they checked out a couple of cool playgrounds as well. Robert came for a play date. Kieran went to Laser Tag with Michael. We went into the city to get Lucja and spent sometime at the playground in Subi. And then had Maccas for lunch. Les took the boys to the Volcano Park. Tama, Will and I went to the toyshop and the boys spent their own money on Lego and a sword (Will) and a rake and a RC Excavator (Tama). Kieran went out for lunches with friends in the city. Merenia went to Lucja's on the train. Tama, Will and I caught up with Chris and Teresa in Mandurah and went to the beach. Les and Kieran went to the movies together. Les took the kids to Stirling Station. They caught the train down to meet Merenia and then back again and had lunch at Ikea. Tama and I have spent some time watching the construction site next to the IGA. Merenia went to a friends house to work on their Physics project. Will went on an excursion to the Kalamunda historical village.
Yum, yum, yum...
Freeze dried Feijoas. Will had Subway for lunch at school. Pizza's from Village Pizza kitchen. Lemon Heaven. Les' Birthday cake. Thai Green Chicken Curry.
For you...For me?
We got the yummiest freeze dried Feijoas from Miss Wendy and some sweet stuff from Vienna. Les got a photobook from the Corsans. We got the stuff to make the Lego mini-figure display shelves. I got the Lego Movie for Will. Presents for Les for his Birthday- lots of books and a chainsaw. We ordered Dr Who stuff from BBC to come over with a guy from Aberdeen. Kieran went to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes with friends. Les got cool drawers from work that I used in my scrap room. I got new skirts in the mail. We got comfy outdoor chairs. Scrappy stuff from Two Peas and Scrappy Canary.
Bugger!
Les hurt his knee at the volcano park. There was another Malaysia Airlines disaster in the Ukraine. I coloured my hair a bit darker than intended. Started and stopped my Week in the Life Project.
Hooray!
Getting my scraproom even more sorted. School kids bonus! We moved Tama permanently into his big boys bed and moved the cot out of our room. Kieran got his predicted ATAR at school- 98.75!!
Etc...
It was school holidays... crazy to think we are halfway through the school year. The big kids both went to the dentist. Haircuts for Kieran and Will. M and W went to see Leanne. Merenia took Tama to the park. Les put together a resume for Kieran.
