Mini Figure Wall

Since we moved up the hill the lego mini figure had remained unpacked in bags in Kieran's room. We did have a couple of the newer collections in the lounge but for the most part it wasn't be appreciated or enjoyed. I've had a plan to put them in a big display ever since seeing a couple of good ones on Pinterest. We made this with a generic door and some 15x30mm pine batons from Masters. Les constructed it and then with out complaining re constructed it when I realised it wasn't quite right. And then he painted it. We did have it in the lounge for a few days but it was obviously taking all off Will's energy to resist touching* so we moved it into Kieran's room- which is disappointing for me... but some time we'll get it back again. *(Will had lego with a bunch of mini figures he can touch... he pulls their arms out and basically wrecks them/loses parts etc- this lot is not for play Will-style).

Seeing them all like this makes me feel delighted and see- we have room for a couple more sets. :-)
